I am the Director of Compliance, I work on any compliance related issues at the College along with assessment related to the institution as a whole.

My favorite part of working at Burrell is knowing our students will go out and do great things from the education they received while attending Burrell.

I am the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, Employees would visit our office for anything recruitment, training, employment, and benefits related.
- What motivates you at work?
What motivates me at work is that I get to help others each and every day.
- What is your favorite part about working at Burrell?
My favorite part about working at Burrell is being part of something so important in our community. The idea of getting to see the college grow from the ground up and seeing the daily impact our students, faculty and staff have made within our community is a reward in itself.

I work in the Preclinical Department as the Curriculum Coordinator for the First Year Medical Students. Building Room reservations, ANYTHING related to LEO, student schedules, and just about anything else; including a good laugh 😉
- What motivates you at work?
Hands down, all the Students! I love that I can meet them in their First Year of Med School and watch as they Match in their Residency Programs.
- What is your favorite part about working at Burrell?
My favorite part about working at Burrell is all the wonderful friendships that have been created. Met some of the best People at Burrell.
- What’s your favorite place to eat in Las Cruces?

I manage Burrell’s Research Laboratories and assist faculty and students with various aspects of their research. You would come to me if you needed help regarding our lab capabilities or performing research in one of our labs.
- What motivates you at work?
The best part of my job is helping faculty and students achieve their research goals.
- What is your favorite part about working at Burrell?
My co-workers. Since my first day at Burrell, the employees I encounter on a daily basis are friendly and demonstrate a positive attitude.

I manage the technology for instructional delivery and develop and deploy strategies to support students, faculty, and staff. You can come to me if you have any questions regarding Zoom or Panopto, would like to hold a large event/webinar, would like to automate a process, or even need assistance with your computer.

I am motivated by the mission of Burrell College and helping others succeed.
- What is your favorite part about working at Burrell?
My favorite part about working at Burrell is the community. I really enjoy interacting with the students, staff members, and faculty. Burrell has such a great atmosphere.

I am a Curriculum Coordinator for the Department of Preclinical Education. I primarily work with faculty on course schedules and helping load lecture materials in our learning management system. You would come to me should you have any inquiries regarding course schedules, booking rooms on campus and or sending course related messages to students.

The understanding that my work and contributions are important not only to my department but also the mission and vision of this institution.

My favorite thing is working with a mix of talented individuals from staff to faculty but more importantly, working with a team that is supportive.

Anything student related! I work with student organizations and student government on their club initiatives, serve as an advocate for student related issues, manage student resources, wellness, manage student compliance documentation, etc.
