Four Corners 3rd Year RAC Placements

The Four Corners Placement Request Form will be available here from Friday, October 16th at 5pm MT / 7pm ET – November 2nd at 8am MT / 10am ET.

Note:

This region has spokes, and you might rotate through those spokes. If this request is approved, I acknowledge and agree to complete rotations at any spoke site and Clinical Teaching Site within the assigned RAC, and I understand that placement changes may occur as necessary to fulfill all third-year clinical education requirements

If this is approved, all RAC assignments are contingent upon the student maintaining good academic standing and successfully satisfying all curriculum requirements, COMLEX Level 1 eligibility requirements, and deadlines established by the college and affiliates.

Failure to adhere to any requirement, deadline, or process may result in the loss of the assigned RAC placement. Students who forfeit their placement may be reassigned to another RAC location at the discretion of the College and based on the educational and operational needs of the school.
