Poster Printing
The Office of Research offers poster printing services for members of the College community.
General Information for Accessing Poster Printing Services
- Research Poster Submissions Guidelines
- The submission is requested in PowerPoint format and must conform to Burrell College Brand Guidelines.
- The submission must be set to the desired printed document size. For example, page size for a 3 ft by 4 ft poster should be set to 36 X 48 inches.
- Please ensure the poster meets the requirements specified by the conference you are attending.
- The Office of Research has developed a Poster Template that conforms to Burrell College Branding Standards.

- Due to cost and time constraints, the Office of Research does not print posters with colored backgrounds.
- NOTE: Research Poster printing services for students are restricted to student research projects that have been conducted as approved student research projects under the supervision of Burrell Faculty (Reference: Student Research Town Hall, January 31,2023).
- All Posters will need to be picked up at the main building. The Office of Research does not mail or ship posters.
- The Office of Research does not format or edit posters. Posters are printed as received. Please carefully proofread your submission.
- Non-Research Poster/Banner Printing
- Printing of posters and banners for College sponsored activities is available.
- The submission is requested in PowerPoint or PDF format and must conform to Burrell College Brand Guidelines.
- The submission must be set to the desired printed document size. For example, page size for a 2 ft by 4 ft banner should be set to 24 X 48 inches.
- The maximum printing width is 36 inches.
- Due to cost and time constraints, the Office of Research does not print posters with background color exceeding 50% of the printed area.
- The Office of Research does not format or edit posters. Posters are printed as received. Please carefully proofread your submission.
- The submission is requested in PowerPoint or PDF format and must conform to Burrell College Brand Guidelines.
- Printing of posters and banners for College sponsored activities is available.
Please allow 7 Business Days for Printing. Requests for printing materials that do not conform with College Branding Guidelines or that contain inappropriate content may be delayed or denied.
