Mike Seeley

President of Health First Foundation

Mike Seeley is the president of the Health First Foundation and a member of the senior executive council of Health First. In that role, Mike is the chief development officer of Health First and is responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating all fundraising activities. Mike and his teamwork with the Foundation’s 30-member board to execute fundraising strategies and campaigns. His team is also responsible for our Community Benefit programs and the numerous Health First community partnerships working to support needs identified in the Community Health Needs Assessment. Additionally, Mike is the service line executive for Oncology and the Designated Institutional Official for Graduate Medical Education Programs. In June 2024, he assumed the interim role of President of Community Health Services at Health First.

Before joining Health First, Mike served as the vice president of development for Florida Tech and held previous leadership roles at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine (where he worked closely with the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals), and Yale-New Haven Hospital. He started his medical career over 25 years ago building and running a multi-subspecialty medical group, employing nearly 50 providers in 18 offices across California. The group was active in clinical trials and post-doctoral teaching.

Mike serves on the boards of the Brevard Homeless Coalition and Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy.
