Brevard County Fire Rescue professionals led the session, guiding students through real-life scenarios and demonstrating the use of the LifePak 35 device. This experience allowed students to bridge classroom learning with practical application in a clinical setting.

“The EKG workshop was a great way to bridge classroom learning with real-world applications,” said  first-year student doctor Eric Pei. “It was exciting to see new technology in action, like the LifePak 35 device, and how it contributes to better patient care.”

The hands-on workshop offered Burrell College students the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-world context, preparing them for their future roles in healthcare.
