Student Affairs Student Organization Email Form

  • All student organization emails will be sent daily around 4:30pm each business day, together as a group daily update.
  • All requests for same-day emails must be submitted by 3:00pm. No student organization emails will be sent on non-business days (e.g., weekends, holidays). Requests made on non-business days will be sent on the next business day.
  • With the group daily update format, we encourage you to keep your email messages brief and to the point, sharing important details only.
  • Repeated Emails: Requested repeat emails will not be included in the daily update within the same week.
